Grand Aire is excited to be offering Expedited Trucking as an additional service to our customers!  Like Air Charter, Air Freight or Hand Carry, our Expedited Trucking Department allows us another mode to move your freight.  Whether it is same day or a 2-3 day move, this service can be a great alternative for both timing and cost.  With the exclusive use of a dedicated truck/driver, we are able to provide a fast, reliable stress free service.  We utilize state of the art software which allows us to manage your ground move more accurately through the use of GPS tracking.  This feature is key for knowing the whereabouts of your truck and shipment at any given point during your move.

WHAT IS EXPEDITED TRUCKING?

Expedited Trucking is the offering a dedicated truck/driver to move your shipment from point A to point B without stopping to load or unload along the way.  This service does not allow other customers freight to be mixed into the truck ultimately speeding things up as well as avoiding any confusion at delivery point.

WHO CAN USE EXPEDITED TRUCKING?

Any company that has the need to ship materials can benefit from the use of this service.  If you are a manufacturing company or a company that may move parts, clothing, pharmaceuticals, marketing items, etc. you may find Expedited Trucking is an efficient and cost effective mode to move your material.

WHAT RANGE CAN YOU EXPECT WITH THE USE OF EXPEDITED TRUCKING?

Team drivers can drive up to 70 hours a week.  Teams usually consist of 2 drivers utilizing 10 hours of drive time and then 10 hours of break, while the other driver drives, they never stop.  A single driver has the ability to drive for up to 11 hours and then are forced to break for 10 hours.  Expeditors can be utilized on a coast to coast nonstop basis, including International travel.
